Returns and Refunds

*Please be aware that as a small business we are unable to accept returns or give refunds, except in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged. In the case of a damaged item, pictures of the damaged item, or items would need to be provided before any refund could be considered.  We would also need to have the items returned to us at your own cost. Then upon inspection of the items received, a refund may be issued. 

Therefore, please take care to place the correct items and quantities in your cart before placing an order.  It is important to ensure that the correct address is double checked and that the contact email and delivery details provided are correct and up to date.

Cancellation

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.  However, if you notice a mistake in your address or contact details, please do contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to adjust this, if the product has not yet been despatched. If it has been despatched to the address provided, then no refund shall be given if the address is incorrect.

 

General Points

We are currently operating from the United Arab Emirates, which means our operating and postage costs may be slightly higher. This website is operated by Paula Isobel Brown.  Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to Paula Isobel Brown

Please be aware that colors and details may vary slightly from device to device and the items received may vary slightly from the online picture.

Shipping

International shipping duties, taxes and fees may apply on some products. You are responsible for any import taxes, duties or fees your country may charge you for importing our products.

If applicable, please be aware of your country’s customs charges.

If a package is not claimed because of refusal or failure to pay these fees a refund will not be issued.

International delivery costs may vary from time to time depending on location and weight. At the moment, I am pricing my items to include the cost of packaging and postage.

All items will usually be dispatched within a week of being received and processed and will reach you as soon as possible after purchase. However, please allow up to four weeks for delivery.

Restrictions and Exclusions

We may have restrictions on shipping to certain regions or countries.
