Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of our art pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, or we have sent the incorrect item.

In the case of a damaged item, pictures of the damaged item, or items would need to be provided before any refund could be considered.  We would also need to have the items returned to us at your own cost. Then upon inspection of the items received, a refund may be issued. 

Therefore, please take care to place the correct items and quantities in your cart before placing an order.  It is important to ensure that the correct address is double checked and that the contact email and delivery details provided are correct and up to date.

Incorrect Orders: If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at our expense and arrange for collection of the incorrect item.

Refunds (for damaged items) will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to process.
